Heading to north end of Surfside (just over San Luis bridge) in a few weeks, staying at one of the many VRBO rentals in the two neighborhoods, neither of which I've spent any appreciable time at given its usually been the Galveston side of the bridge for me. Hoping someone here can advise on golf cart usage that end of the island (streets around neighborhood and beach driving down to Surfside area). Do people do it? Too far North? Yes to beach but no to Bluewater hwy (daytime to be clear)? Sounds like Buggy Rental would deliver there, but no comment on typical usage.
