Any recommendations for home reno/addition contractor in the Oak Forest area?

Scope includes approx 215 sqft of added space for master closet and living room, moving electrical panel, new driveway, new back door.

Good luck finding someone to give you an estimate. I tried numerous GCs for a larger project than that, and got ghosted by 3. Finally asked a friend who was a GC and he said my project wasn't large enough - they wanted 400-500k projects. You may be better suited subbing out each task. Only telling you my experience as of 6-8 months ago. Maybe the environment is changing.

It's been a few years but Cole, posted above, absolutely didn't ghost me. And in the process of looking at new houses he answered every time I called or text with a question of ballpark ideas for renovations and add ons.
