Apparently that was an affront to someone's identity, so they got on my website and instead of calling me they called my mom, screaming at her. She called me laughing afterwards saying that the guy wouldn't stop screaming so she just put the phone down and let him vent while she sewed. When this old man stopped screaming, she picked the phone back up and told him it sounded like he had anger issues and needed to talk to someone about it. He kind of agreed which was the funniest part to me. And that was it. I don't hate the police, my friend in Bryan PD has made way funnier (and meaner) jokes about University/CS police, and I won't repeat those. College Station and the University itself is a very safe place and I'm not sure why we can't poke fun about that. But that episode taught me that people are crazy and can't handle jokes.

Although if any Texags psycho called her screaming about something i said on here, I might be inclined to call a friend to get a background and/or welfare check on the guy. Killen's Steakhouse is friggin awesome, but it's in Pearland and out of your way. I've never been ot the STQ joint so can't speak. Never heard of this Bludorn place, menu looks good though.
Brennan's on the Bayou, Perry's (porkchop is phenomenal), V&A's, B&B's...all good choices.
But if you really want to knock their socks off, take them to Nifna's on Navigation and blow $150 on fajitas and another couple hundred on margs. Or take them to somewhere more....cultural. Turkey Leg Hut, Breakfast Klub or Trill Burger. Show them your more modern inclusive side, as well as adventurous in a "may get mugged or shot" way. They'll never forget it.

Oh yeah, forgot about this place...we just went recently for our anniversary and enjoyed it. If you're into "fine dining" and not just the best quality steak, I'd recommend. You're definitely paying for the fancy presentation and such though.

It's gotta be out of the main portion of Houston giving me a break from traffic

yeah for some reason I was really excited to hear his review of wherever he went. He's so excited that it seemed like it would be very wholesome happy content.
