A friend of a friend wants to sell me a breitling watch. How can I verify it's real and what's it worth on the used market? I'm in Houston / Bellaire area. Anywhere I can go to get answers to both of these questions?

Hal Martin's will verify authenticity. I sold an Omega on TexAgs a few yrs ago and met the buyer at Hal Martin's. They charge a fee but not sure how much.
Call ahead before you go to HM.
I was there last week and the watch repair guy was out sick. They weren't sure how long it would be.
