I just do it myself. Almost always end up with the same company ogre picks.

As stated above, Thigbe does better job finding cheaper rates and charge cheaper/mth.

Then ogre or Thisbe is the way to go!

Just sign up for a non-tiered 36 mo plan at the lowest rate available. Prices most likely going up in the future due to renewable growth and a ~$300 cancellation fee is a relatively cheap option in case prices somehow go down.

Same, screw EO

EO hasn't lived up to its promise. They don't switch you mid-contract. At one point they were teasing this idea that they could negotiate better rates with the volume of subscribers they represent; that never came to fruition either.

Then their customer service went to complete garbage. I happily fired EO.

I've been with EO for 3-4 years and have gone full term twice and been switched out once just recently. They do a good job IMO and save me money, which is what matters to me.

EO actually switched me 9 mos ago or whenever rates really fell. They asked for permission since it involved a cancelation fee. First time ever in like 5+ years.

How does Thigbe work? I've only ever chosen own plans and never had a service company play middle man for me. I did just reach out to them for an estimate.

EO is great! Very involved in community! Also have access to off market plans.

EO is great as long as you don't need to talk to anyone or make out of contract cycle changes. Their customer service is non-existent. I dropped them last you after being a customer for 8 years.

Figured I'd bump, but FWIW I feel like EO's communication and service has gotten better.

We are currently under contract on a new house so I submitted a move request. They actually sent me a message/ticket because they recommended putting me in a shorter term contract even though it was a cent more than the cheapest available 12 month just to get my renewal cycle in the spring instead of summer. They just confirmed that I was good with that.
