Negative! But I'd def get an invasive inspection done if there was.

From my experience, they all just fill out the same form. There's no picking it apart unless you pay for the add-ons.

They are based in the briar forest area which is about 20 min from Oak Forest. Lots of good reviews and videos of their work.
