I don't know...I've never felt the service was slow at Truth...I mean two guys usually on meat and two on sides, not sure how I'd expect it to be faster....

I have been there plenty of times when they only have 1 guy cutting meat. Those are the times it is slow.

A bbq place that has ribs that are able to take photos of food and drinks would be mighty impressive. Definitely a step up from a debate on pork or beef ribs. I might be willing to wait in line for that.

Some day I want to pull off a Nathan for You and get a line/wait formed at some regular strip mall BBQ place like Old Hickory Inn, to see how many unsuspecting people we can get to join the line and rave about the amazing barbecue that was well worth the wait.
