Mother in law is moving in and building on a mother-in-law suite. Cypress area. Need to get some bids, and would like to have Aggie-owned contractors as options. Any ideas?

I remodeled four rooms in my house in 2019 before moving in using Brooks Construction Group, who is based in north Katy. Involved a complete kitchen remodel plus running water and gas lines to multiple new rooms and whatnot. Trey Brooks runs the show - degreed civil engineer. Aggie, and hires Aggie grads for project management, local labor for execution. Great company, highly recommend. I didn't just hand him the contract - I bid it out to ten contractors, shortlisted, and negotiated - and they had the best attention to detail, price estimating software, transparency, planning capability, and execution schedule. I still had to manage many details to get it right during execution, but I had very specific standards/requests.
