Also, I know you said Chinese, but try Asia Thai Market (on Dulton), very good! Try their pad Thai or Red curry.

Ginger & Fork! On Inker Street near Cadillac Bar on Shepherd and I-10. Great food! Not like Panda as it's next level from that. Food is great! Drinks are great!

Their salt and pepper chicken is great too, the dipping sauce for it is legit.

To be fair T. Jin China Diner in Rosenberg (by Kroger) was my go to for Chinese when I lived closer. Their Kung pao chicken is on another level

For what it's worth, Rice Box is damn good. Looks like you figured that out. I have other opinions on Heights Asian Cafe or whatever it's called, but their food is good...

I like this place a lot but it is the most expensive Chinese food I've come across. Also, the Chow Fun is great at Rice Box and Ginger and Fork.
