Howdy!

Got a leak in a downstairs bedroom of a 3 story townhome. I've looked and even replaced a wall. Still can't locate the leak and have recently found mold in the ceiling. Any recs on whom to trust with this job?

I would get Wedgeworth Plumbing out there to locate leak and repair. From there you can worry about Sheetrock and paint. Depending on how long the leak has been going on and the issue, you may want to claim it.
