I dont know about all of this, but a tine happy hour somewhere delicious will definitely need to be a thing when the world isnt upside down.
Fk yeh. I'm not even sure whose numbers I have anymore.
RIP **** off Friday at BRC and Top Golf.
I almost got divorced because of $16 pitchers of Rodeo Clown on one particular occasion.

I thought it was "centaur"?
Anyway, this board and this thread are awesome. I'm not a native of Houston, only been here 14 years, but this board captures the vibe so well.
BTW, Tine board is still great. Someone linked up the thread of Catch stories from 2011 and people were saying back then that "this thread is saving the tine board!".
I stopped into McIntyre's one night shortly after it opened, just to see how they had converted the glory that was La Pachanga, and it was like a mini Washington Avenue reunion. The frosted tips were turning naturally grey, and several had given in to fully shaved heads. Head nods and finger points from people you don't know, bros you don't know showing you funny videos on their phones that their bros sent them. All we were really missing was an MMA fight on the big screen and drunk kids from Katy.Diggity said:

Came to post - sh*t I miss the Barrel - and that falls right in line with these FuggOffFridays and the clown example In particular
I avoid that area, but every time I roll past that ****ty apartment complex on town and country, I look left and right at everyone in the car, "Say, did any of you guys ever hang out at Burlap Barrel?"

whats crazy is that these crazy party strumpets who were up for getting wasted and and railed by some random dude of yesteryear are today's Karens - frustrates about getting their duties as an HR manager done from home while homeschooling little Addysyn and Brayydyn, posting photos of unacceptable groups of people on next door, harping on anyone and everyone for being too close at the HEB, and making sure everyone knows what a struggle it is not to hit the box wine before 3:00 every day.The Blue Goose said:

Thank god this photo still exists. Too much awesomeness to let it linger in the nether regions of the web for eternity! The Blue Goose said:
