AC decided to go out the day we left for week long vacation last Sunday so we'll prob return to scorching hot place tomorrow. Would like to try to have someone out Monday if possible and wondering if anyone has good recs for an honest and fair repair co?

I know the Houston board (Including me) used to be high on Mike with that company whose name escapes me due to heavy buzz, but read about how he relocated to a diff area and his technicians' service has gone downhill.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've always used Richmonds Air and have found them to be professional, transparent, and honest. I highly recommend giving them a call.

They went to **** years ago

Just used Richmond's air to replace the A coil yesterday which crapped out. Working now and they were professional and quick. Will have to see if it's working in the long run. Also my condensate drain line is making annoying popping noises now so not sure about why that is.

Texas Pride is our go to for A/C work

I use Autumn Air.

Just wanted to say that I had a great experience yesterday. Aaron was very helpful and informative. After traveling long distance from vacation and coming back dead tired to a hot and humid house, it was nice to be able to get it fixed within an hour or so of our arrival for a modest upcharge, being that it was Sunday.

Thanks! Will be using Enviromax again in the future. Will prob be replacing our entire system in 1-2 years with the phasing our of R-22 refrigerant.
