On a Friday morning? I'm supposed to take some friends to the airport for a 10:30 flight. Just curious what I should expect as far as drive time.

I'm assuming Beltway 8 all the way around would be best.

The most traffic you will hit will be on 45 getting to the BW and then the BW over the bridge through Pasadena

Should be an hour or a little more

You should be in the car now.

Yes, your best bet is 45 to BW8. There are 2 issues, 45 at League City Pkwy and 45 then BW8 and 225. I am sure you are familiar with the 45 back up, the exit gets backed up, but that will only cause you a couple minutes. My office is at 10 and BW8, it takes about 20-25 minutes from League city Pkwy and 45 to here. So I would say about an hour drive

As you can see from the posts there are like 4 ways to get there, and none are that much better than the others. Have someone in the car checking https://traffic.houstontranstar.org/layers/ and choose your route accordingly.

Thanks for all the posts y'all. I'm hanging out with friends at his brother's house in LC and I don't know exactly where they live yet. The flight is August 24th so I'm not sure if school starts by then since I don't live in LC. I'll be headed back to the Austin area after the airport otherwise their asses would be on a shuttle to the airport for sure.

School will be back in session
