While I talked to both Gulf Coast and Premier, I chose Premier to come and fix what Mike Waters and crew ****ed up. Premier did a fantastic job.

Artic Air sucks. They are cheap for a reason. If they do something wrong, they will try lie and/or blame the owner...and that is if you can get them to return a call. They go silent once you need help. Other posters have had bad experiences with them as well. Artic Air and it's employees can eat a bag of dicks.
Yeah pretty much this. I needed some help on a unit they installed in my upstairs, shortly after the labor warranty had run out, and via email said he doesn't service my zip code anymore. Lying **********.

When I hired Artic for the furnace replacement (which was priced competitively), I paid extra to replace a couple of sections of rigid duct that was crushed. I got better airflow out of the old version compared to the tight turns/pinched/poorly hung flex they replaced it with:
