Howdy!

I'm looking for a private room (at a bar preferably) for an event in July. Looking to play our own music and have out own food etc...looking for anywhere in the Heights, Montrose, Washington etc...areas.

Don't want to break the bank...any referrals?

Thanks!

Check out wakefield crowbar. Has a big game room in the back with tv, shuffle board, pool

Good luck finding a private room at a bar where you can bring in your own food and drinks.

What is the point in posting this without providing the amount of people you expect?

In order to provide you with an accurate recommendation we are going to need you to post a pic of yourself and several of your female friends. Preferably at the pool, beach or a lake.

Not looking to bring our own drinks (food would consist of cake)

Most bars would have no problem with cake, and bars that don't have full kitchens usually have no problem with you bringing in food as long as you ask ahead of time.

DT mentioned Wakefield Crowbar, and I'm pretty sure they let our class bring in catered bbq and gave them some kind of deal on a keg for the room.

Also, most places are more likely to give you the room for free or make group accommodations for a weeknight then they are for a weekend.

I don't know how flexible they are on drinks, but Eureka Heights has some good space for an event.

check out the banquet room at Los Cucos in the Heights. We did our rehearsal dinner there. They have indoor and outdoor areas, views of the downtown skyline, a bar, and can provide food at a discount. We brought our own cake and they put it in the fridge and brought it up when the time was ready.

We've used Wakefield Crowbar in the past and it's a really cool set up. I'd highly recommend looking into that.
