I think we're on different pages here. I'm only questioning the facts behind the comment, not how it was worded.
I've been a franchisee for 11 years, and I've met countless franchisees from all over, along with the folks who oversee expansion in a few different regions, and I'm not seeing "most" of anyone being foreigners. I'm only asking if you're basing your opinion on personal experience at a few locations, or if maybe you know something on a broader scale that I don't know.
I'm rarely concerned with being politically correct.
