No, not at all. Believe it or not, most MJ users don't also do PCP or the like. The seller is taking a lot of risk on a very small market segement that would want it commingled.

Look, my first post in this thread confessed that I didn't know anything about marijuana and that I don't really care one way or another about it being legalized. But no, I didn't think you could make some other substance look like weed. So, the answer to your "like what" question is anything that can be liquefied, applied to weed, and dried without being obvious, yet still deliver its effect. If you experts say that can't be done, so be it.

But, if I were a user of product X, and I could buy it in a form that minimized my risk to the point of nothing more than a four-hour class, that's what I'd do.

My original question about how law enforcement knows what they are confiscating and destroying has not been answered except that

• don't worry - won't happen
• there's too much real crime to fool with it.

some help:

1) Weed and coke are 99.9% of the time used at different times for different reason, primo is for showin off really, it's usually a waste of coke.

2) people dont pack primo to go like dumping an 8ball into a bag of bud like it was shake'n'bake, they are going to sprinkle it on at the time they roll it up. And it's not like salt its like talc more than anything

3) The only bud that looks like oregano is dried out worthless reggie and you might as well smoke lawn clippings and if you are doin that you SURE ain't makin primo with it.

4) Before a plant is harvested yeah it has leaves but no one looks at a dank nug and thinks "oh leafy!"

5) Packed tightly into clumps? A proper nug is just a nug, it may get compressed some for transport or sealed but its not like a congealed rice krispy treat.

Came to explain the same thing. Because drizzling coke over weed does literally nothing (would need to be crack-cocaine and at a higher temperature which would burn waste the weed), and that coke is very expensive as compared to weed, and the market that would even want crack/coke mixed weed is nonexistent; this won't be an issue.

But that's what I heard.

Since most of 99% of buy-worthy TX weed comes from legal states, I'm curious how this would pertain to people opening a package shipped from a legal state. Whereas it is a felony to transport (not receive, I think*) across state lines, would local pd no longer care under new action if someone receives <4oz (or equivalent edibles/wax) in their mail? Fantastic initiative, but I can see people getting in serious trouble due to non specifics.

Wouldn't enforcing laws regarding mailing drugs be something Feds, not local, would be working on even without this change in policy?

People who know nothing about MJ yet want to regulate it = people who know nothing about guns yet want to regulate them.
