Because if I have a garage, I'm going to spend most of my time out there anyway between cars, guns, and woodworking. I have a 700 sq ft apartment. If I can fit that inside a 2400 sq ft barn, I'd be one happy mofo.schmendeler said:

Don't think they're much cheaper anymore. Like most things, the cost advantages disappeared once they became popular.
Where we're building I imagine it will be cheaper do to having to engineer for winds (all steel construction). Also insurance is typically cheaper.03_Aggie said:
