I drink heavily the whole time, don't eat, and then regret it when I'm starving at 38k feet. Then don't learn my lesson and do it again the next time.
Sometimes I remember to grab a sandwich before the flight, but I'm normally waiting until the very last minute downing booze in the club and don't have time to stop on the way to the gate.
I hate ruining my buzz with food when I'm in the zone.
