I don't drink Jack, but I can tell the difference between Sunny and other bourbons there.

Not that I would put it past them, I just haven't noticed them doing it.

Agreed, but that's kind of my point, I don't see as many tear downs in TG, and the older homes aren't as nice as the new builds in GOOF.

Update: Friend has realtor and a contract on 1960's ranch style home with inspector showing up this week. His daughter will start first grade at Sinclair.
