Which runway is it likely to come in on? Can this flight be tracked via FlightAware?
My guess is 26R or 26L. I know it can be tracked on Flightradar24. I just saw an update on the An-225 Facebook group this morning. Unfortunately, a lot of the posts are in German and require translation. I'm trying to find out more and will post when I do.

Not in Houston but my favorite place to watch small and vintage aircraft is in Fredericksburg while staying at the Hanger Hotel.

Next time, click this.

The five numbers in front of KT? Take the first three and that's the direction it will be landing, or as close to that as Bush runways allow (on a compass). Plan viewing accordingly.

Looks like Bush has East West (26 and 8) and NW/SE (33 and 15) runways.

Yes, you can track it on FlightAware. Type in 'A225' as the aircraft type. There's only one of them, so if it's not airborne you won't get any results.

Track it here

Most of the time IAH is on East/West flow, with landings on the 8/26s and 9/27. 9/27 is too short for somehing like the An-225. If I had to guess I would imagine that it arrives on 8L/26R most of the time. As posted above, wind direction will dictate the ultimate runway choice.

Bummed I miss the 225 this go round. I got to see it up close and personal last time it visited. I work out at IAH so I've got to see a lot of cool planes while they've been here. Here's a little plane porn for y'all. This seems like this thread would enjoy it.
