How long do you want to ignore this user?
I'd like to let everyone know before thinking about using these guys what a bad experience we've had.

Upfront, my wife and I after choosing a front door & sidelights, explained how we needed it installed as soon as possible. We explained how we were trying to get the house on the market for the start of summer. We were told 3 weeks was normal, but they would expedite and do it in two, possibly a day or two less.

Three times I have called to see how things were going, been promised I would be called back later that day, and never received a call back. We are at the 3 week mark today and I finally lost my patience and demanded to know when they were installing the door. I refused to let him call me back this time.

Answer: In another week and a half.

I can't tell you how unconcerned the guy on the phone was. Didn't seem to care that my calls were not returned. Not concerned that the project was taking over twice as long as promised. Unbothered that we are missing prime selling season.

I promised the guy on the phone that I would do everything I could to let people know how unprofessional they are.....................so here I am. One of many reviews I plan to write.

Use them at your own risk!!!

EDIT: I made a HUGE typo. It's Door Masters of TEXAS (not Houston.)
Separate companies. Again, Door Masters of Texas.

The lead time on doors is 6-8 weeks at a minimum. Don't trust anyone that tells you less.
