This! The restaurant/office employees ratio in this area is horribly out of whack. I'm actually looing forward to the new Chili's they're building as well. Mainly for another lunch option.

The outdoor bar "fence" is because there is an ordinance that if you are within X feet of a school, you cannot be seen drinking. They were also not allowed to put "happy hour" on their sign.
