For a date yia yia, for more authentic imo Greek food yia yia. However personally I like nikos.

yia yia...i don't see how they're better than niko niko's + you aren't waiting in a huge line to be sitting in a cramped booth next to said line.

If you want somewhere that isn't loud and cramped, go with Yia Yia.

If you want to people watch and don't mind waiting in line for a while, go with Niko Niko's.

I personally like the food at Niko Niko's better, but it's a matter of personal taste. I think the deciding factor for you should be environment.

For a date, Yia Yia Mary's. But I like the food at Niko Niko's better and I think it is more fun. And cheaper.

I prefer Yia Yia Mary's to Niko Niko's.
