If you want to do something really crazy, you can also try the naked Sushi at Sushi Raku in Midtown

Tell me more about this. Heard of places that do this, did not know Raku was one.

Naked sushi is a burned out fad.

A, you can't even see any flaps.

There is no B.

Oishi is good and cheap, but you gotta wait in the parking lot until you get a seat.

I think Blue Fish has the best happy hour specials in town. It is really good too. Dumplings are solid too.

Just went to Sushi King the other day. Another good place.

Just realized they're all Greenway area...gues I should stray a little farther out!!

Better than Oishii's?

Either way, Oishii is my favorite sushi spot, but it doesn't belong anywhere on a Best Sushi list. Best sushi in town can now be found at Kata Robata.

One of my favorite places is Red Fish Seafood and Grill. They are on 249 and Cypresswood. Ive been going there for years. The owners are great people and the food is amazing. We actually had them cater my sister's wedding.

They have been voted one of the top sushi places in Houston several times. Oh and they dont kill you on the prices...they are actually pretty reasonable.

Be sure to get some hot rock shrimp while you are there.

Trust me you will not be disappointed with Red Fish.

I cannot think of two higher honors for Redfish than being named Top 10 by KHOU and The Sushi Club of Houston. What award is next? James Beard.

The Blue Fish...not to be confused with Blue Fish House on Richmond.

Osaka (on Westheimer near Montrose) is my fave because of the consistency I get there.
