One of my good friends is getting married in Norway. And I won't be able to make it to his wedding. But, I'd like to get him some wedding gift while he's in Houston later on this week. What should I get? Suggestions?

I always give frames. Everyone needs them after a wedding. Question would just be if you're good at picking a classy one that they would like. Plus it's easy for someone to take back with them.

BTW, norway has the best chocolate EVER. Never tasted something better than Freia Melkesjokolade. Mmmm...

I wish they had that in place! My friend is Norwegian and I'm not sure if it's a cultural thing that they don't have a registry.

I do agree I spent the last two years in Norway and that stuff was like crack to me.

How about a Visa gift card that he can use anywhere?

I think the visa card is a great idea.

Get him a card that says:

"I secretly hate you for never taking me to the Russefeiring."
