Does anyone know of a place where you can rent a superhero car, first choice Batmobile, but any superhero car or something resembling one would work? We are doing a birthday party for a 4 year old and if we could have a Batmobile he would go ballistic. Or does anyone know someone who is an exotic car collector who has something along these lines they may want to loan out for a day in April? TIA. I know its a longshot, and all google gives me is Batmobile appreciation sites.

I posted this on the auto board, but hoped maybe someone locally may know more.

When a new McDonald's opened in Katy last year, they had a large car in the shape of Ronald McDonald's red shoe. Not a superhero per se, but 4-year olds like McDonald's...he may get a kick out of that.

you could just rent an exotic through one of the exotic rentals in town...

i think you can rent a Viper for about $500/day, or a lambo/ferarri for a bit more...

either way, would be 'cool' in a pinch, but doubt there are many movie or TV replicas that arent in a museum available for rent.

Call your local fire department, kids love fire trucks and it's free.

It may sound odd, and I can understand your thoughts, but the party is at his house, and I dont know if I can or how much it would cost to rent something like a Batmobile replica, but I figure it would probably be comparable to the cost of renting out a bowling alley or Chuck E Cheese or something.

Its not my kid by the way, it is the grandson of some family friends, and the boys dad passed in a tragic snow skiing accident last year. The grandparents arent hurting financially, and the cost of renting something like that wouldnt be that absurd. We are just helping out with the planning. They asked if I thought renting a Batmobile was possible, and I told them I knew some places where answers can be had and I would look into it for them.
