I am moving out of my apartment to be closer to work and school. I have a private bed and private bath in a three bedroom 3 bathroom unit the Bel Air apartments. Rent is 540/month and utilities usually come out to just under $100/month/person. This is a great location very close to downtown. Garage parking is free. The lease ends in February but there is an opportunity to resign.
