I am new to the area and don't trust the guys the home warranty company has sent out. Any recommendations on solid HVAC repair and replacement companies is appreciated.

Just a whole new system installed by Mike Waters at Artic Air. He's out I-10 a ways, so he probably services Cypress.

I live in Cypress and I use Addicks Champion Air. He uses an answering service - so leave a message and he typically calls back within a couple of hours. He does good work and is very honest.

I just had the same thing happen to me. The first guy they sent out was there for like 5 minutes and then reported that it was a dirty filter.

Call your warranty place back and ask them to send a second opinion.

I just had all brand appliances come to my house. I called at 730am yesterday, they were at my house by 830am

Check out the guy I recommended on my thread earlier in the week. He did a great job. This guy also operates off an answering machine so just leave a message and he'll call you back asap. His shop is somewhere off Wirt Rd so I'm sure he'd service the Cypress area too. Good guy, honest, and did great work for a reasonable price. Plus he made the extra effort to come out late at night to temporarily fix our A/C so we wouldn't have to suffer the 2 days until he could get the correct part out to us.

+1 for water's & arctic air. good troubleshooter. provides great service. he does explain everything to the nth degree if you want to learn about your ac system. great price. great service.
