Power was restored yesterday to the Berkshire subdivision. Highway 6 at West Little York.

Riverstone in Missouri City/Sugar Land came up late last night.

Power back on at Ella & E TC Jester at 9:30 last night.

Chron.com has a power search tool by zipcode. Seems to be pretty good.

century, do you live at the enclave on tc jester? that's where we stay, it looks like all my neighbors have friends coming to stay over. we're taking in friends tonight.

Any idea how accurate that Chronicle database is? There are three people who listed the address for my apartment complex but you never know if people are just adding stuff.

I am pretty sure they don't verify anything. Think I responded and it showed immediately.

It's definitely the honor system but I would hope most people wouldn't put false information on there. I guess we will never know though.

Good luck to everyone out there trying to find answers. I will post additional links if I find anything better. Like several people have posted, if you are out of town and have an answering machine at your house, calling that every couple of hours is probably the best way to find out. I am heading back to my powerless neighborhood tomorrow to bring groceries to friends who stayed and get a first hand account of the damage. I recommend all "evacuees" go to the grocery store BEFORE heading back. A buddy of mine spent 4 hours in line a Kroger and was allowed 10 minutes to shop. Kind of like a twisted version of Supermarket Sweepstakes.

Hmm...the Chronicle thing says Fry and 529 has power, but that's where my mom is and they do not. Grandparents in Tomball still don't have power either, they are right across from the college.

Even stating an intersection may not be enough info to be sure...sometimes one quadrant will have power and one won't. Friend lives near the galleria area, he can see power on on all parts of the intersection but his own.

Still no power at Camden Greenway off of Buffalo Speedway and 59.

Is there a provision in most rental agreements that allows me to move out of my apartment in the woodlands (without paying early termination fees) if power is not restored within say... three weeks?

I HAVE THE POWER!!!! Finally...94 hours without it...didn't miss it as much as I thought I would, but glad it's back.
