Howdy TexAgs,
Every Aggie has that one gameday memory they never forget.
Maybe it was your first walk into Kyle Field. A Ring Day celebration. Hosting old classmates who hadn't been back to Aggieland in years. Or introducing your kids to Aggie football for the first time.
For us, it started with a simple idea.
A few years ago, my wife (Class of '93) and I wanted to host friends, family, clients and fellow Aggies for a tailgate weekend. We envisioned a place where everyone could gather and not just for a few hours before kickoff.
Somewhere comfortable enough to gather on Friday night, grill on Saturday morning, host clients before kickoff, celebrate after a win, and spend time together without worrying about tents, generators, parking lots, porta potties or packing everything back into the truck at the end of the day.
So we started looking.
Somewhere along the way, one of us finally said, "Maybe we should just build it". What started as a conversation around our kitchen table has grown into Gameday Suites Aggieland.
Our vision is to create individually owned private suites designed around hospitality. A place where owners can entertain clients, reconnect with family, celebrate Aggie traditions, and make new memories year after year.
Every suite is a blank canvas that each owner can make their own. The property itself is professionally maintained with concierge-level services so weekends can be spent enjoying Aggieland instead of managing logistics.
Although football Saturdays inspired the project, we believe the best memories in Aggieland aren't limited to six or seven weekends each fall. Baseball season, basketball games, Ring Day, graduation, conferences, reunions, and simply coming back to College Station are all part of what makes this place special.
We've spent the last several years working through the planning, design, engineering, and permitting needed to bring this vision to life. It's been a labor of love, and we're excited to finally introduce ourselves to the TexAgs community.
We're not here simply to advertise. We'd genuinely like to share the journey, answer questions, ask for feedback, and hopefully build something that reflects what Aggies would want for generations to come.
So we'll leave you with one question:
If you could design your perfect Aggie gameday headquarters, what would it include?

- Hotels weren't really designed for entertaining groups.
- House rentals gave you a place to stay, but not really a place to host and you are not sure what you are going to get.
- Traditional tailgates were a lot of work for just a few hours and didn't allow time with our guests.
