I had finally found a good doctor, and he made the change to concierge only. Does anyone have any recommendations for a doctor in the PGBT/75 Area of Richardson/Plano?

You must have had the same doctor I did who was in that same area. Unfortunately, I'm not too crazy about new one that replaced him.
If you're with BSW, I've had great experiences with Dr. Reese Graves! He practices out of the BSW family medicine complex at Renner/Plano Road, next to CFA.
Chris Clark (Aggie Med School) at BSW at George Bush and Shiloh. General Practitioner is what I assume you are looking for. I've been going to him for over 25 years.
