Any recs for a kid-friendly barber for an 18 month old boy who will likely be bobbing and weaving and probably crying the whole time?

I'm in Farmers Branch so pretty central...I'd say Mesquite and Arlington would prob be too far

We have taken our toddler to the place in Lewisville that is inside the Stride Rite, Kiddoos Kids' Salon. We have always had a good experience.

Pigtails and Crewcuts. There's one in Plano at Preston and Park. You'll need an appointment on the weekend.

We go to Cookie Cutters on Abrams in Lake Highlands and use Samantha. Our youngest screams and fights the whole time but she always does a good job

I've been really happy with Khloe @ Aaron's on 7th in Fort Worth. I get my hair cut there so it's easy to have her do my son's, too... but tbh I should probably find somewhere less expensive. I feel like a kid's cut shouldn't be $35

Second on Pigtails and Crewcuts. They're great with our kid. Very patient and will let the kid sit in your lap while they cut if that helps calm them down

buy a good wahl or andis hair trimmer and just do it yourself at home for the next few years. you'll have plenty of time to waste money on overpriced haircuts when they get to the age where they care how it looks.

We went to Pigtails and Crewcuts today in Plano, and I am pleased with the experience and results. Thanks everyone!

She was good with my son but I got tired of spending so much for the two of us. Moved to great clips for him and he is still alive, albeit with a less expensive haircut. No regrets and I was a big fan of Aaron's. Though now everybody I really liked is gone except Julio.

Yeah, Julio cuts my hair. Was Kyle until he left.

Might have to take my son somewhere else next time.
