*I have what I need for now. Thanks! *

Does anyone have recommendations for a CPA (individual or small firm) in the Metroplex that has the experience and appropriate pricing for a small residential construction/remodeling business that is growing and expanding into related lines of business using new entities that are going to concurrently be formed? Dallas side of the metroplex is preferred but not a deal breaker. Corporate legal counsel has already been obtained. The company needs CPA advise quickly for tax structure for the new entities/lines of business and advisory help going forward and preparation of tax returns, etc. For the moment, bookeeping services aren't needed. Thanks in advance!

I'm in the process of switching my company over to Justin Hale. Highly recommended from my financial advisor. First meeting was great but can't comment beyond that.

I own a small boutique that can help with this. I'm in FW but spent 15+ years in Dallas.

Thanks to both of you! I'm compiling an initial list and going from there. Both will probably get a call so we don't miss a good fit for the wrong reasons. Ft. Worth is not a deal breaker at all. I still think closer for convenience, even though it doesn't really matter much anymore.
