What's the going rate to cover a patio these days? I know it's all dependent on what you want, but I'd be looking for something fairly basic. Wired with a ceiling fan, but no built in kitchens or the like. Relatively small area, too. 400 sq ft or so.

Any recommended companies in far north dallas?
