surely the current prices (hundreds each) on the ticket websites (stubhub, etc) are not what people actually end up paying to go to this? maybe I am old and cheap

The cheapest for the CFP champ in Houston is around $1,500/seat right now (close to $2k after fees/tax), so that FCS price seems like a steal now
