So I had scheduled them to come late last week for yesterday. They told me they would reach out on Tuesday when they would come out the next day. It was getting late in the day and I hadn't heard from them so I text them. Two different people text me back with two different windows. So yesterday, it was getting close to 4pm and I still hadn't heard from them on when they would show up and no notification of they were running late and my parents were calling me to ask where they were so I text them. One person answered back that they were out of the office for the day and would contact the other people with an ETA. They passed the window in which they were supposed to show up without any say on if they were going to run late or an updated time.
Communication was a mess.
Edit: I went with Bruce ( from the thread linked above) and I cannot sing his praises enough. He came over last night and fixed it!
