My wife and I are young Aggies looking to rent a house/condo in the Grapevine/Las Colinas/Coppell area. Looking for a 2 bed/1+ bath.

Have been looking for apartments in this area for a while, but can't find any that we enjoy. So, we are now looking for houses to rent.

We both work close to downtown Dallas, but have family in the Keller/Southlake area.

Take a look in Euless/Colleyville/Bedford also. We lived in Coppell/Las Colinas but are currently renting a house on the border of Euless/Grapevine. There's a lot of decent rental availability near us for smaller houses, but the prices are high everywhere right now.
ETA: Fiance works near Dallas downtown/design district and her commute in the morning isn't bad at all (~25 mins). Afternoons are a little longer, but not more than 30 mins usually.

Anything inside the triangle of Hwy183/121/360 is a decent location. South of 183 you might get better value but the neighborhoods can be hit or miss. We like being right off of 121 because we can take 114 north of the airport or 183 south of the airport depending on traffic and the timing is about the same.
