Just a rant - attempted to order some Bojangles in little elm yesterday as they are popping up around the area.

turns out Bojangles in Texas will not be selling bone-in chicken. just chicken strips. WTF.

DFW is saturated with chicken strip joints. we don't need another one.

I made the mistake of trying to go to a Bojangles... in Frisco on 380. Was just a plot of land... had not started building it yet.

I read a few months ago that they would not have bone-in chicken... at least not yet.

Some bone-in chicken restaurants worth going to:

Mike's Chicken - Dallas and N Dallas <-- awesome
Gus's Chicken - Deep Ellum <-- awesome
The Cluckin - Plano

Safe to say, we have a saturated chicken market...

I forgot COWBOY Chicken. That place is great.

Bojangles will do fine since it's got a decent product and is fast food. All the SEC transplants moving to Dallas will flock to it. It's a southeast staple.
