I'm down to 20 min per zone for the turf, and around 6-8 min in the beds, but am still going twice a week. When are y'all cutting to 1x?

I keep mine at 1x/week all year and only do a manual extra during the summer if things are looking pretty dry. I am actually turning my auto weekly schedule off this week.

I turn off all turf zones once the weather breaks. Might run a random manual cycle on them if we go a month with no rain.

I cut the flowerbeds back to once or twice a week, or as seldom as I can manage without my wife noticing......

When we get out of these 90s. Until then twice a week. We are in a serious drought.

I can't bring myself to turn it off at this point.

Go check the soil moisture. Dig down a little and see. We are not getting summer evaporation at this point. So that 1 inch per week number goes way down and starts approaching 1 inch per month. . You can train your grass to use less water or more. Up to you. At this point, it is about to go dormant anyway. I choose to save some money and use less.

2x a week, 2 runs of 5-10 min per zone

My St A already is starting to go dormant, not as green, mother nature knows its fall even though it doesn't feel like it. Hell in this heat, I was able to plant some abelias and laurelpetulums two weeks ago. I have a water well so I can "cheat" because I'm surprised municipalities haven't instructed water restrictions.

Shouldn't need to water this week... hopefully...
