This is a crapshoot, but one of our neighbors found a little white dog about to run across 635 in North Dallas. She is obviously someone's dog - she looked like she was just groomed with pink in her tail and had on a dress. They drove around the neighborhood and no one was looking for her. No tags or chip. They've contacted the shelters and no one has been looking for her.
