I have some buyer clients planning to purchase a home in Southlake Woods neighborhood of Southlake and we are curious if anyone has knowledge of the neighborhood or opinions one way or another. Thanks!!

Don't know much of the neighborhood other than it's a decent location in Southlake. Right next to the senior high and It will funnel into Carroll elementary.

Do they have any kids? They Aggies?

They have 3 boys under 5, they are moving from their current home in the Timber Lake neighborhood to a larger home in Woods. Not Aggies.

Southlake Woods is literally walking distance from Timber Lake (if you referring to the one in Southlake) so they should have a pretty good idea of what they are getting into.

I live in Timarron but know families in Southlake Woods and yes it is a very nice neighborhood, probably a little newer than Timber Lake but less trees.

this sounds like moving neighborhoods in the Woodlands,
should be nothing to worry about

this is right around the corner from me (peytonville/continental). we love the area, and carroll elementary is great.

prinicpal is an aggie as are many of the teachers. happy to answer what i can if you want to pm.

Must be looking for a bigger house. Both neighborhoods are very nice.
