We just bought some acreage out in Heath and are looking for an architect to help draw up a home (+ landscape?) design. Anyone know any good, local options? Would prefer to pay a fixed fee rather than % of construction

We just completed our home north of the metroplex and used John Lively and associates. Charged an agreed fee…we were very pleased with the work product. He specializes in modern farmhouse designs for his rural customers. Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions about the whole build process.
