Well mom got her valuation about a month ago. The value her property went up a little over 31K compared to the last one. She asked me to help her file a protest which we did on line. 15 days later she got an "offer" from TAD in regards to her protest. Some how the value of her property went up an additional 41K since the time of the initial valuation to the time of her protest. That's a total of over 71K increase.

This is nothing more than a criminal organization. What a shame.

It's a freaking joke. My land value went up 95k and the improvements 90k. Up 54% this year. I've owned it since 08, it's just dumb. Using Ray Tax group to protest, they've been able to keep it flatbthe last 3 years, we'll see if they can do anything this year

A TAD appraiser came and spoke to our HOA. He basically said complain to your state reps, not TAD's fault values are high.
