Start one. Start of with one game to gauge interest. The drive time from Fort Worth to College Station is just about the same as Dallas to College Station (~ 3 hours). Therefore, you could copy the Dallas itinerary of 14 hours roundtrip. You just need to find a Fort Worth meeting location and bus company.

So what is your break even? I'd be interested in Tarrant county too and have some time. How many would I need to get at the $60 price point?

Would really be worth it for the later game times as I'm only two tickets and no hotel anywhere near BCS is $120.

My buses cost $2800 plus the $60 parking fee for the 14 hour round trip. Therefore, I need to sell 48 of the 56 seats to break even. I typically leave 4 seats open for any RSVP errors I make. With any excess, I buy some beers and waters for the bus.

If you have an RSVP for a seat(s) on the 09/23/2023 Auburn game bus trip, please arrive no later than 5:45 am this Saturday to board the bus. The bus leaves at precisely 6:00 am.

Seat assignments will already be on every seat prior to boarding. Therefore, you don't need to rush the bus to ensure you get seats in a group. All group RSVPs (>1 ticket) will have their seats grouped together.
