Stay away from Pulliam. We had absolutely no oversight from the construction manager and he missed, then failed to remedy, many things. Much of that stuff has to get fixed asap because when the sub leaves it takes forever to get them back. Pulliam mismeasured my pool length before digging and I had to correct them. They didn't build a wall properly and it cracked. Their sub didn't clean the grout off the water line tile and we spent a year getting them back out to clean it up. They used lueders (or whatever the decking is right at the edge of the pool) that was cracked and broken. When I complained they argued that we should have told them earlier. I had told the construction manager and he just never fixed it. It was like that at every step. Instead of trying to build a nice looking pool they were trying to juggle their subs without spending extra money.
Every time they came out after the pool was finished they messed something up and never fixed. They cut a buried electrical line that was marked and I warned them about. Then they argued about their liability. They broke my gate, same thing.
Their reputation was built on the integrity of their prior owners, not the current owners.
