We just closed on a house in north Flower Mound where, per our pool inspector's report, work is needed to get the pool in tip top shape. Anyone know of a good pool company that services that area? Our inspector recommended Custom Pool Care but they are not taking new customers and have a 2 to 3 month backlog.
Per the inspector, here are the things he recommends we get done:
install a new backwash valve piston assembly.
clean the salt cell and retest the salt system.
install a positive seal, corrosion resistant check valve between the salt cell and the heater, if the salt system is not removed.
replace the valve diverter that is leaking on the suction manifold, and install four screws in the spa suction valve. install a new valve diverter in the spa return valve. replace the flex conduit at the pool equipment, and properly bond the pool equipment. The door on the pool control box was not attached, both valve actuators were missing, the spa side control did not work, and we were not able to locate a wireless handheld PDA for the pool control system.
repair/replace components for the existing control system.

- OR upgrade to a new system, which would include two valve actuators, and that can also be operated from a phone app so a spa side controller would no longer be needed.
