I have used Remo Appliance Repair several times for dishwashers, ranges, and refrigerators. He is a little hard to understand on the phone, but absolutely knows his stuff and very fair prices.

Adam the Answerman may be able to help you diagnose over the phone and repair yourself (and provide needed parts), depending on the complexity and your level of handiness. They've helped me with AC capacitor, gas stove and clothes dryer in the past.

Answerman is where i would start. He helped me diagnose a built in microwave and then even offered to show me how to fix it if I brought it in.
