• Pest Control (bugs)
• Landscaping
• Electric company

We have used Trinity River Lawn & Landscaping. Very easy to work with, do a good job, would recommend.

Electricity, whatever plan is cheapest. We are currently paying frontier but oncor manages our lines. We shop around everytime our plan is up for renewal.

Welcome to the area. We have been in aledo for 4 years now and really like it.

I do my own pest control
We use grolawn to fertilize/kill weeds. They do a good job.
I am on the CoOp for electricity so I don't get a choice. I think the other side of 5 from me has Oncor delivery so they can choose.

How are your rates? Since we are able to shop around we can get some pretty low rates. It is handy during the summer months when the pool runs a lot or when your husband forgets to turn off the water to the pool & it runs for like 12 hours.

It's about 11.5 cents. I dot't pay a ton of attention since I have no choice in the matter

Holy crap I'm glad we get to shop around.

I think the fees are lower though. My bills are usually $170-$210 in the heat of summer. Half that in the winter.

Not much more than when I lived in Fort Worth proper.

It looks like we're zoned to the CoOp too, so no options for electricity.

It seems the builder left us parting gifts in our house with a plethora of flies, crickets, and ants. In the meantime, I did buy some Ortho Home Defense to help remedy the bugs inside the home. I also looked into the following 3 pest control companies. Does anyone have any experiences with any of the them?

• ABC (supposedly Aggie owned and operated)
• Castle
• Ross

That's good. The insulation in our house sucks & with the pool going our bill cane run $250.
