Since September 1, DFW airport has received 23.31 inches of rain. Normal for autumn (September through November) is 9.48 inches. That's a lot of water in 6 weeks!

I went by Loyd Park on Joe Pool Lake yesterday, most of the park is closed due to high water. Only the campsites on higher ground are dry. It sucks for them because they just now finished rebuilding all of the restroom buildings that were badly damaged in the 2015 floods.

Same here, also in N. Dallas. Sounds like a cow pissing on a flat rock outside.
